Humsay is a holding company co-founded and managed
by Anil Joshi, Ganesh Bala, and Alok Dobriyal. Here
is a profile of the key management team of the company.
Anil Joshi
Anil Joshi is the president of Humsay. He has a master's
degree in science. He has over 20 years of marketing
and consulting experience in the Information Technology
industry.
Prior to founding Humsay, he worked as a business
development manager for Mastech, Canada. He was also
an operations manager for their southeast operation.
He worked for many years as a senior consultant and
project manager for Department of Corrections in Atlanta.
His other experiences include working as a senior
marketing executive for ICIM, India; senior software
engineer for ORG Systems, India; senior systems executive
for Standard Chartered Bank, Hong Kong.
Ganesh Bala
Ganesh is the chief technology officer of Humsay.
He has a master's degree in engineering from Indian
Institute of Technology, Bombay, India. With 20 years
of high technology and management experience, he oversees
the development and implementation of strategic technology
solutions. He has worked in the telecommunications,
CRM, financial, and airlines industries, and for the
government.
Prior to starting Humsay, Ganesh was a senior systems
architect in the WorldWide Communications Group at
Unisys Corporation. His responsibilities included
dealing with technical architecture for Enterprise
Application Integration, Telecommunications System
Integration, and Legacy System Integration and Migration.
He is experienced in the design and architecture
of applications, database design and administration,
consultant and client management, and in crisis management.
Bob Bertrand
Bob Bertrand is the Director of Business Development at Humsay.
Bob brings Humsay over thirty-five years experience in business management,
business process change re-engineering, systems design, system implementation,
system architecture, project management, and enterprise program management to.
Bob began his career as a Laboratory Analyst/Chemist with a Fortune 100
chemical manufacturer and retired after 28 years in 1994 as their Director
of Materials Management. In the chemical business he led the development of
materials management and inventory systems. Certified as a Lead ISO Auditor,
he was instrumental in the Canadian Chemical Division receiving ISO 9002
certification in 1992. After leaving the chemical business he was
Chief Information Officer (CIO) for a Regional School System where he led major
process change initiatives and systems implementation. Bob moved to the United
States in 1997 and consulted with several Fortune 500 companies in sales
management, banking and Y2K before accepting the role as Vice President of
IT Architecture and Strategic Planning at HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation.
At HomeBanc, Bob led disaster recovery planning and project managed a team
through a successful IPO, raising $288 million on the NYSE.
Bob retired from HomeBanc earlier this year to play professional golf and is
currently ranked 55th on the Sunbelt Senior Professional Tour.
Bob is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, is professionally certified in
Materials Management (PCMM) and holds degrees in Chemistry and Business.
